Why People Love Blogging Challenges…

I created the Blogging It Out Challenge with the idea that it would be a hit, but I had no idea the members of my group would totally KICK ASS with this challenge like they did.

If you’re a member of the club and you completed this challenge I just want to say “you rock!”.

If you’re not a member of the club and you’re not quite ready to join us (yet… cause I know you’re gonna cave and join and see how awesome it is soon enough 😉 there is another option:

I have made the Blogging It Out Challenge available to you with private label/resell rights to buy outright. See, if you are a member of the club you get it free in there, but if you’re not and you want to buy it for a one-time price, you can do that, too. Grab it here.

With the success of this challenge I really got to thinking about WHY people love blogging challenges so much. You know my challenge isn’t the first and it won’t be the last so there’s got to be some major draw for them to be so popular AND so many people actually taking action to complete them.

After doing my own thinking and a little research on what others say draw them to blogging challenges, here’s what I came up with:

  1. Once You Create a Habit, You’re Golden – People know that habits create action and when you commit to a challenge you are also hopeful you’ll create a habit that STICKS. So people aren’t just looking to blog for 10, 20 or 30 days of the challenge, they’re looking to create a habit that keeps them blogging long term.
  2. Blogging can be Therapeutic – If you adopt a conversational style to blogging it can be highly rewarding to be able to just talk it out on your blog. My coach (the awesome Nicole Dean) has often commented to me that I work things out by writing them out and so it’s kinda comical because I’ll start an email to her with a question or an issue and by the time I’m done writing, I’ve worked it out! Blogging can do the same and as a matter of fact that’s why I called my challenge “Blogging It Out”.
  3. Writing Regular Fuels Creativity – It’s like most things… the more you do it, the better you get. Blogging begets more blogging and creativity, ideas and action. All good stuff.
  4. Food for the Search Engines – Yes, if you want to get found you need content on your site, regularly update it and have it be on a relevant topic. Blogging does that for you! So instead of just writing only in your email software or in closed facebook groups, you’re getting “out there” and putting content for all to find, read and connect with. That builds business.

These are just a few reasons why people love blogging challenges. I’m sure there are more.

Now… are you reading to bring a challenge to YOUR people? To get them taking action, making connections, building traffic and more? And would you love to SAVE YOURSELF from having to do the work?

I’ve done it for you. I’ve created the challenge prep sheet, action plan, daily challenge prompts and I’ve bundled them all up into a nice, easy to use package that you can take away and use in YOUR business.

You’ll get the .doc editable forms of the prep sheet, action plan and prompt transcripts plus mp4 of the prompts (with graphic so they’re easily uploaded to Facebook), salespage copy, salespage images, challenge graphics and ecover.

This challenge is ready to go for you to sell as a challenge, give away to build your list or add to a membership site. So much faster than doing it all on your own. Click the button below to grab it now:
